Refund of Processing and Administrative Fees Request letter from the concerned customer required Recommendation from the Branch and Region required In case of decline only fees will be refunded If the case is decline due to fraud, strictly no refund of fees. Refund of fees will be as per the norm subject to following minimum deduction: If the case is declined at Sanction stage i.e. before doing Legal & Technical:- Rs.750/- or 50% of the processing fee whichever is higher. If the case is declined at Disbursement stage i.e. after doing Legal & Technical:- Rs.1,500/- or 50% of the administrative fee which ever is higher. At this stage there is no question of processing fee refund.
